Mary Helen Farrell – Managing Director

Mary Helen Farrell brings over 25 years of experience within international airline, hospitality and business tourism sectors. Prior to establishing her business in 1994 Mary Helen gained valuable contacts and experience through her roles with Cathay Pacific Airways, Qantas Airways, Viva Holidays, Hilton Hotels Australia and Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast. Her attention to delivering quality service to both portfolio partners and their clients, is a hallmark of her business success.

Claudia Basser - Account Manager

Claudia Basser who holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of NSW, brings a  multitude of skills to the role as Account Manager within the organisation. Claudia has gained experience at many of Australia's top venues including Hamilton Island, Melbourne Showgrounds and The Venue Collection in Sydney. Her attention to detail and rapport with clients and portfolio members is one of her greatest attributes.

Kathryn O'Connor - Account Manager (Project based)

Kathryn has been in the travel and airline industry for over 30 years where she has held senior management roles including General Manager (Victoria) for Kuoni Travel. Her vast experience and understanding of the conference and corporate market is invaluable.
